Hereby is described the practice of collecting and processing personal data provided by individuals (referred to as "you") accessing the website (the Site) or the App of the company IQ Robot (referred to as the Company or we).

1. Introduction

1.1 We understand the importance of protecting your privacy and personal data. Therefore, we are committed to developing and maintaining high standards of internal security measures and technologies to ensure secure processing and storage of the data we collect from you. 1.2 This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Unless otherwise specified herein, all definitions used in this policy have the same meaning as defined in the Terms.

2.1 By using the Site, the App, and/or accepting our Terms and Service Agreement (the Agreement), you consent to the collection, processing and receipt of your personal data, as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Personal data we collect and objective

3.1 We do not collect any data that may identify you without your permission. We adhere to the principle of data minimization, meaning that we only collect and use data that is necessary to fulfill the relevant tasks related to the provision of our services.

3.2.1 Your email address and ID of the account at the IQ Option platform. These are the only parameters that we directly send to our server.

3.2.2 Data that may be collected through automated means. Through your use of the Site, we may monitor and collect tracking information related to usage, such as access date and time, device identification, operating system, browser type, and IP address. This information may be obtained directly by the Company or through third-party services.

3.2.3 Data provided by you when referring your queries to the Company.

3.4 We do not solicit or collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 or under the legal age of your country if it is higher. If you are below 18 years old or not of legal age in your country, please do not provide us with any personal data.

3.5 The duration for which we retain the personal data you provide depends on the type of information, the purpose of its use, the nature of sensitivity, etc. As a general rule, we will retain your personal data for the length of time reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will also retain and use your information for as long as necessary to resolve disputes and/or enforce our rights and agreements.

They may assist in the technical aspects of our services, facilitate the performance of functions related to the administration of services (collection and analysis), or fulfill other functions indicated under contractual agreements.

4.3 By using our services, you explicitly consent to the Company's discretion to engage Subprocessors who comply with technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of applicable legislation, GDPR, and security standards outlined in this Privacy Policy and other policies employed by the Company.

4.4 If such Subprocessors are located outside the Swiss Confederation, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, the processing of personal data is conducted or will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws, providing the same or equivalent protection of user data as stated in the app's privacy policy and required by applicable guidelines of application distribution platforms.

4.5 Subprocessors are fully liable for their actions and omissions and all obligations subcontracted to them. The Company is not responsible in the event that information is disclosed due to a breach or security lapse by any such Subprocessors, or for the Subprocessors' failure to comply with the aforementioned requirements.

5. Incident notification

5.1 In the event that the Company becomes aware of any breach of our security resulting in accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to (excluding unsuccessful attempts or activities) your personal data on systems managed or controlled by us, we will promptly notify you in compliance with the procedures prescribed under applicable legislation and GDPR.

5.2 The notification will be sent to the email address you have provided. It is solely your responsibility to provide us with a valid and current email address.

5.3 Any incident notification from the Company should not be construed as an acknowledgment of any fault or liability with respect to data incidents by us.

6. Your security commitments

6.1 You acknowledge that, in addition to our security measures and data incident protocols, it is your responsibility to use our Services appropriately to ensure a level of security suitable for the risks associated with your personal data. This includes securing your systems and devices used to access the Site.

6.2 We are not obligated to protect any personal data that you choose to store or transfer outside of the Company and our Subprocessors' systems.

7.1.4 Right to restriction of processing

8.15 Some features of the App may require accessing third-party resources via the WebView or a similar built-in instrument for opening websites within the App interface. While you may be prompted to log in to your IQ Option platform account and connect it to the App to use certain features, we do not collect your login credentials and are unable to access your account. The only relevant data we may collect through automated means is statistics on the App's performance and automated actions performed by the App via your IQ Option platform account.
